Eleven Plus Vault is operated as an information-only website. We do not require visitors to register an account, and we do not ask children for any personal data. This policy explains what is and isn't collected when you use the site.
What we collect
Like almost every website on the internet, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent) for security and performance reasons. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for advertising profiling.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not serve display adverts. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and say so plainly.
Email contact
If you email us, we keep the email until the issue is resolved and then delete it. We don't add email addresses to a marketing list.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email us using the address on the contact page to make a request — we respond within 30 days.
